
We're always busy, day after day, we hope there are more than 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 12 months a year. How do you make more time for yourself?
1. Step-back (for a second) - make a wish list, write down how you really spend your time.
2. Give up what you can - things that you can delegate, things that you can outsource, distractions that you can limit.
3. Reschedule your schedule - create your daily to-do list on an index card, schedule a quick and brainless task first, reassess every Friday
