Green Salad Mushroom Scrambled Egg Wrap

Ingredients:
spring mix salad, 1/2 avocado, mushroom, egg, asian pancake (frozen), sesame dressing, black pepper and salt to taste

Directions:
1. in a large bowl, toss together the spring mix salad and avocado, add sesame dressing, black pepper and salt.
2. pan fried slice mushroom, add scrambled egg.
3. pan fried asian pancake
4. spread salad mix, mushroom and scrambled egg on pancake, wrap it and enjoy!

沙拉蘑菇蛋捲餅

食材:
沙拉、半個牛油果、蘑菇、蛋、煎餅、麻油沙拉醬、黑胡椒及鹽

做法:
1.在大碗中加入沙拉與切成小塊的牛油果,淋上麻油沙拉醬及少許黑胡椒和鹽,拌勻備用。
2.將切小的蘑菇放入鍋中快炒,加入蛋,一起炒香。
3.在鍋中把煎餅煎至金黃色。
4.把沙拉、蘑菇炒蛋鋪在煎餅上,捲起來,就可以馬上享用了!

  1. 煎餅用Naan替代吧!少一份油!

  2. 我用的這種煎餅不用油煎耶~所以還好。不過用Naan或tortila取代都可以 :)
