
1. Quality over quantity. When you don't have a lot of time, focus on shorter, quality workouts that include more speedwork.
2. Invest in a trainer. No matter the time of day or the weather, you can fit a bike ride in.
3. Find ways to enjoy riding the trainer. Good music or your favorite tv shows/movies.
4. Schedule your training into your day and make it a priority.
5. Once a week take a day off. It helps to keep you fresh.
6. When you are riding or training, switch completely off from work.
7. If possible, ride or bring your bike to work along with a change of riding clothes.
8. Ride with a friend or a group a few times a week.
9. Sleep. Being rested makes riding, exercising, work and life better!
