
Okra (also known as "lady's finger"), crab meat, shrimp chili paste, garlic paste
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add a teaspoon garlic paste.
2. Add the crab meat and shrimp chili paste.
3. Stir in the okra, cook for few minutes until okra is tender. Bon appetit!
食材:
羊角豆(秋葵)、蟹肉條、蝦米辣椒醬、蒜泥
做法:
1. 把橄欖油倒入平底鍋,用中火燒熱,加入蒜泥。
2. 加入弄成絲狀的蟹肉炒香,加入蝦米辣椒醬。
3. 加入切成小塊狀的羊角豆,煮數分鐘至香軟即可上桌享用。
