Sun-dried Tomato Chicken Sausage & Pesto Sauce Pasta

When it comes to pasta, I prefer white sauce over red sauce, why? I don't know. I guess I like the creamy stuff. After spending a full day at the InDesgin Secrets Live workshop (to be continue tomorrow, so looking forward to it) in Pasadena, I stopped by at Trader Joe's in South Pasadena on my way home for some groceries. I was craving for pasta, so I got their fresh Genova Pesto sauce (tried their sun-dried tomato sauce before, which was really good too) and sun-dried tomato chicken sausage (ok, by now you should know I really like sun-dried tomato).

It's really simple. I used some mushroom cream for the sauce, heated it with some water, and some black pepper. Pour the sauce over cooked pasta, added in pesto sauce, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, almost done! As for the sausages, I cut them into thin slices and pan fried over medium head, turn out to be really good. Scrambled egg just for garnishing (and I love egg after all). I had salad too, just to make it a healthier dinner. Bon Appetit
