Summer is over, but don't let that stop you from having fun activities and burn some calories. As suggested, we all should have at least 30 minutes of work out each day, in order to live a healthy lifestyle. You might not like all of them, but certainly out of the 10 activities listed below, there must be something you like right? Or at least pretend to be.

- swimming (500-800)
- jogging (550-900)
- tennis (600-900)
- football (600-900)
- stair climbing (650-900)
- ice hockey (650-900)
- martial arts (700-1100)
- jumping rope (700-1100)

I'm surprise cycling is not on the list. But I know I can burn some calories when I ride my bike for over 2 hours.
