Plates of the Day - Day 10

Exercise: 10 minutes walk, no gym :-(

Breakfast: milo + pbj toasts
Lunch: spinach pasta (toss with olive oil) + spring mix (with red bell pepper, seasoned with sesame dressing) + tomato fried egg, slice mushroom & mexican 4 cheese + sambal ikan bilis
Dinner: mix pasta + vegetarian soup + mango
