Plates of the Day - Day 18

Exercise: n/a (first day of summer, so hot)

Breakfast: tried a different type of oats, very good + strawberry & blueberry + soy milk & honey
Lunch: press conference luncheon at Capital Seafood, dim sum + fried rice & vegie
Dinner: noodle soup + vegetables (later, some garlic fries and nacho grande)
