Plates of the Day - Day 2

Exercise: 45 minutes on cardio machine, some weight lifting


Breakfast: 3-in-1 instant coffee, toast (peanut butter & strawberry jam)

Lunch: half bowl of er-ah-mee-sua (soup rice noodles), half bowl of regular noddles, green vegie + tofu + taro, water melon & mango

Dinner: Spring mix salad + red and yellow bell pepper, seasoned with sesame dressing + black pepper and sesame, a bowl of noodle, vegie meat, tomato fried egg with some mexican 4 cheeses
