Exercise: 2.5 hour of badminton game :) :)
Breakfast: 3-in-1 milk tea + carrot bun
Lunch: press conference at LABC - the so called Malaysian food was, sorry, they're not ready to do catering. Fried rice + cabbage + corn + fried chicken strip
Dinner: not feeling good because of lunch or the heat, just had instant noodle + tomato fried egg
