Exercise: n/a

Breakfast: mixed-oats served with strawberry + blueberry + soy milk + brown sugar
Lunch: guacamole + fried egg on whole wheat bagel with some mayo
Dinner: zong zi + green salad (lettuce, organic corn, tomato, apple) with some parmesan cheese, sesame dressing, olive oil and black pepper
