Breakfast: oats served with 1/2 banana and blueberries, added some brown sugar, unsweetened soy milk
Lunch: press conference lunch box - steamed rice, vegie soup, stir fried vegie and tofu, 3-cup chicken (soy sauce, rice wine and sesame oil), steamed egg (I saved this for dinner)
Dessert: in the afternoon - home made strawberry pineapple smoothie with 1/2 cup of pineapple coconut yogurt, soy milk and orange juice.
...and roasted seaweed snack as well
Dinner: spring mix salad with red and yellow bell pepper, mushroom, served with sesame dressing, a Zongzi (sticky rice tamale), last portion of the leftover chicken breast fried with red union, leftover steamed egg from lunch
