Plates of the Day - Day 5

Exercise: 60 minutes spinning, some weight lifting

Breakfast: woke up late and didn't have enough time to prepare breakfast, just a cup of Milo and sesame cookie
Breakfast: at a seminar, another breakfast - half cup of black coffee, pecan cinnamon roll (half) and mix fruits
Lunch: at another seminar, no lunch provided, so I prepared my own lunch, egg sandwich with mayo and butter + orange juice + the other half of the pecan cinnamon roll
Dinner: cool noodles with spicy Asian peanut sauce, 2 Taiwanese sausages (baked with garlic) + salad - spring mix, organic corn, sweet plum tomatoes, seasoned with sesame dressing and black pepper
Dessert: fresh watermelon
