Plates of the Day - Day 6

Exercise: 60 minutes spinning, some weight lifting

Breakfast: 3-in-1 instant milk tea, dry pork flakes on toast, with mayo and butter
Lunch: from press conference - cheese and dry pork flakes sandwich (OMG, I had the same thing for breakfast and lunch), 2 tea flavored boiled eggs (super yummy, home-made)
Afternoon snacks: because of the light lunch, I had a glass of orange juice and a raisin bun in the afternoon before heading to the gym
Dinner: spring mix salad with red and yellow bell pepper, seasoned with sesame dressing + hot peanut dressing (not too bad), spinach pasta (very delicious, from TJ), slice mushroom with Mexican 4 cheese + some ikan bilis sambal (microwaved for a minute)
