Plates of the Day - Day 1




Lunch: chicken breast & red union sandwich with teriyaki and chili sauce, spring mix salad with sesame dressing and frozen blueberry



Dinner: All-you-can-eat Korean BBQ (Road to Seoul) - salad, chicken, shrimps (5), squid, pork, mushroom


Dessert: ice coffee and green tea mousse

Exercise: 10 minutes aerobic
