Plates of the Day - 07.11.11

Exercise: 60 mins spinning + weight lifting

Breakfast: whole wheat bagel with peanut butter, strawberry cream cheese + milk tea

Lunch: meeting, had a slice of combo pizza + water
Dinner: Nasi Lemak - curry chicken, sambal ikan bilis, fried egg, cucumber, mixed rice (so good!)
