Plates of the Day - Day 32

Exercise: 45 mins on cardio machine + few weight lifting

Breakfast: hot chocolate + veggie bun
Lunch: press conference at China Gate restaurant in Koreatown (food was really good!) had fish, lobster, scallop, chicken, asparagus etc., too many to remember :)
Dinner: leftover from lunch - fish, asparagus + mushroom with rice. Ate some grapes too.
