Exercise: 60 mins spinning + weight lifting
Breakfast: coffee + cookie
Lunch: press conf. luncheon at Empress Harbor Restaurant
Dinner: salad (organic spring mix + organic corn + chicken sausage + scrambled egg + Mexican four cheese with sesame dressing)

lunch: lobster yee-mien (noodles)
dinner: organic salad
