It was a beautiful Saturday morning - I got up early and went out to Torrance and met my cycling buddies Suzann and Khoa. We did a 27-mile ride from Suzann's house to Redondo Beach via PV Rolling Hills. As you can tell, the view is spectacular!
It has been months since I last rode my bike, Dragon. There were too many excuses and laziness over the months. I really enjoy cycling, I'm glad they invited me out and we had a wonderful ride together. Cycling was only the first part of our fun weekend together. After the ride, Khoa cooked his favorite Vietnamese beef noodles soup for us!!
With the help from Maria, they spent hours in the kitchen preparing this delicious meal. While Suzann and I did some last minute grocery shopping. Late in the evening, Maria & Suzann's friends from Newport Beach joined us for the lovely beef noodles soup dinner. There were cupcakes and cream puffs for desserts! The get together day ended with an old movie by our Governator - True and Lies. Thanks for the lovely Saturday!
