Shrimp Laksa Curry Noodles 鮮蝦咖哩湯麵

Ingredients:
noodles, laksa curry paste, shrimp, egg, potato

Directions:
1. cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
2. add laksa curry paste into boiling water, add shrimp & potato.
3. pour over noodles, garnish with some green salad and boiled egg. Enjoy!

食材:
麵、咖哩醬、蝦仁、蛋、馬玲薯

做法:
1. 將麵煮熟,撈出備用。
2. 把咖哩醬加入煮滾的水中,加入蝦仁和馬玲薯。
3. 將咖哩湯淋在麵上,加上一點蔬菜和水煮蛋,即可享用!

備註:正式做法應該是用芽菜和長豆,但是冰箱裡沒有,就用沙拉菜頂上。馬玲薯可以切小塊,快熟,此次我是用粗塊的薯條頂替。
