
Research shows that walking can actually boost the connectivity within brain circuits, which tends to diminish as the grey hairs multiply. But the results did not happen overnight. 步行有益健康
對於無法做激烈運動的人來說,步行其實也是很好的運動(當然,不管你的健康狀況,都要常常步行啦)。研究顯示,步行有助激刺腦神經,使人體和腦袋都可以保持年輕。
人體很多功能就是「不用就會生鏽」,不常走動肌肉也會萎縮,所以在自己還能動的時候,千萬不要偷懶喔。
