- Pretzels - offer barely any nutritional benefits, overdose of salt. take popcorn instead (no the creamy cheese butter one, of course)
- Splenda - research suggests that artificial sweeteners lead to weight gain, also can cause damage to beneficial bacteria in the gut. take real honey
- High-fiber cereals with sugar. substitute with Kashi Go Lean
- Diet soda - bad for your waistline and can be damaging to your health. sip seltzer with slices fruit
- Frozen yogurt - contain nearly the same amount of fat and calories as ice cream, so, get a real ice cream once in a while
- veggie chips - most of the chips are high in fat, calories and sodium. make your own veggie chips at home, try chopping kale and tossing it with a small amount of olive oil and sea salt, pop it in the oven and bake until crispy
