Plates of the Day - Day 22

Exercise: 60 minutes spinning + some weight lifting

Breakfast: 3-in-1 milk tea (teh tarik)
Lunch: chicken tamale (from TJ)
Dinner: spinach pasta (toss with olive oil and some parmesan cheese) + salad - lettuce heart + cucumber + slice mushroom + shrimp with sesame dressing and black pepper/sesame
