Plates of the Day - Day 24

Exercise: 60 minutes spinning + some weight lifting

Breakfast: milo + Vietnamese rice cake
Lunch: turkey bacon + egg + lettuce on all wheat bagel sandwich
Dinner: Super salad - 2 sundried tomato chicken sausage + lettuce + corn + 1 tomato + 1/2 cucumber + some slice mushroom + Parmesan cheese = SO GOOD
