Plates of the Day - Day 28

Exercise: 60 minutes spinning + weight lifting

Breakfast: green tea + vegie bun (frozen)
Lunch: vegie meal (tofu, potato, cabbage) with steam rice and soup (no, I didn't eat all the green pepper/chili)
Dinner: similar to lunch (leftover) + vegie bun (home made, very delicious!)
