Plates of the Day - Day 35

Exercise: 70 mins spinning + weight lifting

Breakfast: 3-in-1 coffee + veggie bun
Lunch: veggie food + miso soup + water melon
Dinner: baby romaine + boiled egg + avocado + cucumber salad, tried new dressing - light Sicilian roasted garlic balsamic vinaigrette
