Skip the raw eggs 別吃生蛋

How do you like your egg? Mmm... it's a good idea to skip 'raw' or 'runny' these days as the salmonella concerns resulting in recall of more than half-billion eggs in the US.

If you still like egg and have to eat some, health and food experts say first, make sure those are not the questionable eggs, even if you have a doubt, throw them away, yes you're wasting some money and food, but it would cause you more if you ate them and got sick later.

When you are cooking eggs, make sure you the temperature right, 160'F that is. Or 2-3 minutes per side for a fried egg. It's better to substitute oozing yolks + toast with hard-boiled eggs (simmering for about 15 minutes). Drinking raw eggs for protein is the worse idea now. full story

暫時避免吃生蛋

受到沙門氏桿菌感染的雞蛋,已廣泛被召回。消費者也受促在日常生活中,避免吃生蛋。只要對雞蛋的來源有所懷疑,最好就是把它丟掉。或許這是非常浪費的做法,但是,如果自己吃下肚裡而生病,後果更嚴重,到時要花的錢就遠比一盒雞蛋多很多倍了。
目前不易吃半生熟蛋和生蛋,相對的,煎蛋或水煮蛋都是很好的選擇。煎蛋用的溫度至少要有華氏160度,相等於一邊煎個2-3分鐘;水煮蛋則要用溫水煮個15分鐘左右。希望大家吃得健康!
