If you think you have not fully utilize your brain, maybe it's time to get a booster, or two. Here are few suggestions by the

- break your routine - use left hand to brush your teeth (if you're righty), walk backward etc., this can help stimulate new parts of your brain.
- hydrate your mind - our brains are 80% water, so better keep hydrated or your neurons can't function properly.
- clock seven hours of shut-eye - simply get that SLEEP!
- make your brain purr - mediation is good for you.
- limit tv time - men who watch tv for over 2 hours a day have a significantly higher risk of developing Alzheimer's than those who watch less.
- dance, dance, dance - dancing means coordination and organization of your body parts.
- join a reading group - reading is good, knowledge is power.
- fight pain the smart way - men who take ibuprofen are 44% less likely to develop Alzheimer's than those who do not.
- kill the ANTs - no more Automatic Negative Thoughts.
- fire your staff - men who have sex at least twice a week are 50% less likely to have a heart attack than those who have sex less often.
