Exercise: 60 mins spinning + weight lifting + 15 mins jacuzzi
Breakfast: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese + strawberry + grapes + coffee (at PALS continuing education session)
Lunch: BBQ pork sandwich (Vietnamese style, very good) + green salad
Dinner: green salad + steam rice (mixed of white and variety rice) + boiled egg + chicken curry (self-made, yummy!)
